Solution
You can use A-PDF Watermark (free download here)
to add watermark one page only to PDF with only 4 steps:
- Click "add image watermark" icon, open the "New image Watermark" configuration window, select a png image as watermark, and then click "OK" button to create a png image watermark
- Click "File" menu, select "Add PDF Document" item to add PDF(s) documents
- Click "Setting" button, set pages to be added watermarks on by selecting a predefined range, such as last page.
- Click "Watermark" button to add the add watermark one page only to PDF which you added
