Using Watched Folders to Batch Remove PDF Security

I want to monitor a folder in a server, when some one copying\moving the encrypted PDF files in, the files will be decrypted and sent to an output directory automatically, Any ideal?

1. Launching the application: A-pdf Password Security
2. Select the option Hot Directory and push the button Next > , a hot directory setting window will be opened.
3. To set Hot Directory option: set the directory to monitor, output directory, Log files directory, Backup Directory, etc...; to set Security Method option: set "ADD Security" checkbox value to false.
4. After setting the directories and security method of output files, click Start button to start work, stop button to stop monitoring hot directory.
