How can I change properties of split files with Macro?

Question

Is there a convenient tool I can use to split PDF files with defining properties for output files simultaneously? If it provides Macro to set properties could be better.

You can give a try to A-PDF Split (free download here).

The software is very easy to use, and it also enables you to set Macro for defining properties of output divided files.

Just follow the below steps:

  1. Click "Browse" button to add a PDF file;
  2. Select range and split method;
  3. Click "Settings" button in the bottom, choose "Output Properties", click "Macro" button besides properties items, you can set pagerange, bookmark, date, time as properties, then click "Ok" to save the setting;
  4. Choose Name Pattern and Output folder, click "Split" to output files with metadata defined.
