Have a try on A-PDF Data Extractor (free download here).

This software can help you to batch extract data from multiple PDF files at the same time:

  1. Add PDF Documents: click "Add PDF File" or "Add Folder" button to add PDF files to the list;
  2. Select a Rule for Extraction: click "Add a new rule" icon to edit a rule based on your sample file, the rule is for extracting data from your fixed-format files;
  3. Click "Extract All" to output data as Excel/ CSV/ XML file in your defined folder.
