Question

I receive client information in PDF format everyday, I need to arrange them and extract name, address, contact, title, company name, email address into spreadsheet. Is there any easy tool for me to use?

The tool enables you to extract data from fix-format PDFs in batch mode:

  1. Click "Add PDF File" or "Add Folder" button to add PDF files to the list;
  2. Select a Rule for Extraction: click "Add a new rule" icon to edit a rule based on your sample file, you can save the rule and export for later use;
  3. Click "Options" to set output as single or individual Excel/ CSV/ XML, then click "Extract All" button to output file in your defined folder.
