What software is the easiest to grab PDF content and use it as a part of email for sending?

Solution

You can use A-PDF AutoMail (free download here) to grab PDF content and use it as a part of email for sending with only three steps:
  1. Add PDF Documents as database: click "Add File" or "Add Folder(Include sub folders)", or drag files to the list directly;
  2. Select a Rule to define mail address: "Add rule" to open template, then choose text address as "Add to Mail To/ CC/ BCC/ Subject/ Macro tag->";
  3. Start to e-mail: Settings on Email Server or Security, then click "Email" to send mails with PDF attachments.
