Automate Batch Stamping a Large Numbers of PDF Documents
Question
How to stamp or watermark a large numbers of PDF documents without user intervention (Batch stamping(Watermark))?
Solution
Use A-PDF Watermark (free download here)
- Launching the application: A-PDF Watermark
- In the main window, click "add text watermark" icon, then will open the New Text Watermark configuration window, you can configure the text watermark properties here, the text properties you enter here is actually the text that will appear as the PDF watermark, for example: "XX Company", you can choose a capcity value (form 0 to 100) from "Text Effect" properties
- Once you set the desired options for the watermark, you can click OK to save it
- Return to the main window, clicking "File" menu, then select "Add PDF Document" item, to batch Add PDF(s) which you want to add watermark
- In the watermark list window, marking the textwatermark item as checked
- Clicking "Watermark" button to add the text watermark
