Custom PDF Type Stamp Problem

I am new to creating Custom Stamps in Acrobat. I am creating stamps in CS, and saving them as PDF. When I import them, there things happen. 1. They are resized to, as far as I know, a random size. 2. They are compressed like crazy, even though I specifically selet the option to not compress the file. It looks like a horribly compressed jpeg file. 3. They lose any transparency I gave them in photoshop.Any help on any of these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Use A-PDF Watermark (free download here)

1. Launching the application: A-PDF Watermark
2. In the main window, clicking "add PDF watermark" icon, then will open the New PDF Watermark configuration window, you can set the desired PDF(such as company logo done by cs) as watermark
3. Return to the main window, clicking "File" menu, then select "Add PDF Document" item, Add PDF(s) which you want to add watermark
4. In the watermark list window, marking the pdf watermark item as checked
5. Clicking "Watermark" button to add the pdf watermark
