How Do I Make My PDF Stamps Transparent?

How do I make my stamps transparent and/or transluscent so I can see text or graphics througt it. Thanks!

Launching the application: A-PDF Watermark
n the main window, clicking "add image watermark" icon, then will open the New Image Watermark configuration window, you can set the desired options for the image watermark here, such as setting an opacity value so that the text is transparence (values from 0 to 100). 0 means invisible, 100 means visible solid.
Return to the main window, clicking "File" menu, select "Add PDF Document" item, Add PDF(s) which you want to add watermark
In the watermark list window, marking the image watermark item as checked
Click "Watermark" button to add the image watermark
