You can use A-PDF Watermark (free download here) to add logo on pdf, it provide a simple and convenient way to add logo on PDF at any position; here is an easy tutorial to tell you step by step

Free download and Install A-PDF Watermark.
Then launch the program, you will be presented with the primary screen from which all actions are taken

Click the "Add PDF" button to will open the standard file browse and select window. From that window you can navigate to the folder and find the PDF file(s) you want to add to the list (PDF Files List) to be watermarked.

Each added file is displayed in the PDF File List window, as seen in the example below. You can view any of the files in the window by ‘double-clicking’ them. That will open pdf files in your default pdf reader program (usually Adobe Reader).

In Watermark list window, click the "New Image Watermark" icon to open the New Image Watermark configuration window. You can configure the image watermark properties (such as Size,Position,Rotate) here.

Click "Browse" button to browse a image as a logo, to set the image watermark position to Bottom, top, left-bottom or Left-top etc…

After created the image logo, it will be list in watermark list windows...

Check the items of the watermark value to true in watermark list window Click "Watermark" or "Watermark And Save as" button to begin add your checked watermark to PDF
