How to Create a Background Image Watermark on a PDF

We have over 6000 pdfs files that were scanned in that now need a watermark added to them. i want them marked with a special image at a 45 degree angle in the background. Is there have any tool allow me to do that?

1. Launching the application: A-PDF Watermark
2. In the main window, clicking "add image watermark" icon, then will open the New Image Watermark configuration window, you can set the desired options for the image watermark here, where you can choose a rotation angle (45 degree) and mark the As background value as true.
3. Return to the main window, clicking "File" menu, then select "Add PDF Document" item, Add PDF(s) which you want to add watermark
4. In the watermark list window, marking the image-rotate watermark item as checked
5. Clicking "Watermark" button to add the image-rotate watermark
