- Free download and Install A-PDF Watermark.
- Then launch the program, you will be presented with the primary screen from which all actions are taken
- Click the option "Add PDF" to will open the standard file browse and select window. From that window you can navigate to the folder and find the PDF file(s) you want to add to the list (PDF Files List) to be watermarked.
- Each added file is displayed in the PDF File List window, as seen in the example below. You can view any of the files in the window by ‘double-clicking’ them. That will open pdf files in your default pdf reader program (usually Adobe Reader).
- In Watermark list window, click the "New Text Watermark" icon to open the New Text Watermark configuration window. You can configure the text watermark properties (such as "Page Number" macro) here.
- You can use macro to specify dynamic text, such as %PageNumber%, set the watermark position to Bottom, top, left-bottom or Left-top etc…
- After created the text watermark, it will be list in watermark list windows...
- Check the items of the watermark value to true in watermark list window
Click "Watermark" or "Watermark And Save as" button to begin add your checked watermark to PDF
- Watermarking (Adding Page Number) PDF in Progressing...
- Finished to add page number (watermark\stamp) to PDF
- Open stamped PDF with page number in default PDF viewer.
