- Right-clicking a restricted PDF file in Windows Explorer
- Select "Remove Restrictions" or "Remove Restrictions & Save as..." in Context-Sensitive Menu
- Input right open password to complete decryption
- Run the program "PdfRR.exe"
- Click "Remove Restrictions..." or "Remove Restrictions & Save as..." to open a restricted PDF
