You can use A-PDF Restrictions Remover (free download here) to unlock protected PDF with creating back file:
- Run the program "PdfRR.exe"
- Choose "Settings->General->Backup file on remove restrictions", define a way for creating backup file, then click "Ok" to save your settings
- Click "Remove Restrictions..." to open a restricted PDF, input password, then backup file will be saved in defined folder automatically
