Make a Custom Stamp in PDF

Is there a tool that can make a custom stamp in PDF?
Solution
Use A-PDF Watermark (free download here)
- Launching the application: A-PDF Watermark
- In the main window, clicking "add text(image\shape\pdf) watermark" icon, then will open the New Watermark configuration window, you can custom the watermark properties here, such as size,opacity,location,text effect,rotation .etc
- Return to the main window, clicking "File" menu, select "Add PDF Document" item, Add PDF(s) which you want to add watermark
- In the watermark list window, marking the custom watermark item as checked
- Click "Watermark" button to add the custom watermark
